   Thinking about a great way to spend time with friends?  Exercise is a
great way to enjoy time together, have fun and get in shape.  With over
eighteen classes on our weekly schedule we have something for every
level, age and lifestyle.  Just feel like relaxing with a friend;  try our Rest
and Relaxation class,  if you feel like a challenge; try our Kettlebells
class.  We invite you and your friends to come for a FREE class in a fun
and calming atmosphere!

   Our Specialty classes in
 March are definitely classes  
 that everyone should try. The
        Core  Express is an  amazing 30        
    minutes of  powerful abdominal
and strengthen exercises. They
are perfect for lunch hour or
after work before getting  home.

Kettle bells is a full body
strengthening workout designed
to focus on every muscle and
get the heart racing.
Maintaining a consistent
pilates routine will bring
results in 6 weeks.  During
your second week you will
feel a renewed engergy, on
the forth week you will
feel stronger, and on the
sixth week you and others
will see the results. Make
it your goal this month!
